This isn’t a one and done “training”. Through an ongoing partnership, it’s a way of developing leaders across your organization and creating lasting impact and sustainable positive change.

Most of the organizations I partner with are high growth organizations led by forward-looking executives who know that in order to continue to grow a thriving and impactful company, we also need to grow the leadership capacity of the organization. Specifically, these organizations are considering:

LEADERSHIP IS ESSENTIAL TO THE overall culture, health, and performance of AN ORGANIZATION.

We often identify leaders as those who have achieved great results in the past. Interestingly, research has found that effectiveness in one’s job does not necessarily correlate to effectiveness as a manager.

Many of us have likely observed this to be true – whether in ourselves, or in those around us. 

Without coaching, development, and tactical tools, it is incredibly hard for leaders across our organizations to maximize their impact as leaders, or to maximize their impact on behalf of the organization.  Without effective leaders, our organizations will not thrive.

According to research from Gallup, managers account for 70% of the variance in employee engagement.

Yet oftentimes, we promote new leaders with little or no coaching and development about how to be successful in these new roles. 

Together, we’ll identify the needs of your organization and your leaders and design a program that best meets these needs. 

My approach is rooted in self-awareness and self-discovery and has been informed by my time working as a team member; an executive; and a strategic partner in the corporate world. It blends leading research and best practices from the fields of leadership, human development, coaching, mindfulness, and relationship systems with lots of hands-on implementation and experimentation.

Our work together is laser focused on your needs and the needs of the humans who will be involved.

There are always certain considerations that go along with the work your leaders actually do, which is why customizing your leadership development experience is so important. 

The process starts with a conversation. For some clients, this conversation leads to a 10-month program that we implement for cohorts of leaders across the organization. For others, it’s a quarterly boot camp for evolving leaders. And for others, it’s a tiered program with different offerings for executives, managers, and new leaders.
