WOMEN WHO LEAD
Women Who Lead is a series of offerings with a core focus as supporting and developing women as leaders in all dimensions of work and life.
This series of events includes women’s leadership experiences; highly curated women’s group coaching circles; Women, Water, Leadership, and Land; and Achieving Alchemy.
The experiences are a combination of leadership development, group coaching, intimate conversation, peer support and accountability, and the deep seeing and being seen that comes with gathering in the company of other incredible women in a real and honest way.
As a fun note, the first group program that Zing Collaborative ever offered to the public was a women’s coaching circle back in 2013. We did it on my deck during the summer, and it was truly a joy.
These programs have evolved and expanded and been bringing together groups of incredible women ever since.

Women, Water, Leadership and Land
Women, Water, Leadership, and Land is a nourishing leadership experience for women working in conservation and sustainability. It's an opportunity to unplug; to refuel and be inspired; to deeply explore who we are as women and as leaders; and to connect to ourselves, to nature, and to stunning colleagues. It's for women who are looking for a different type of leadership experience. It's for women who crave a balance of powerful facilitated experiences and the option for solitude; for deep conversation alongside time for reflection and walking in the woods. Achieving Alchemy
This experience, described by one of recent participant as a “mental spa day,” is a way to step back from the urgent demands of everyday life to focus on what really matters, in the company of other incredible women over the course of the day. You will leave with clarity on your values, your leadership vision, and your unique genius - along with a specific plan to apply what you’ve uncovered to your leadership, your work, and your world. Women report feeling more inspired; more connected; and more confident as leaders after attending this transformative event.
Creation Escape 2020
2.5 days, a beautiful location, one key project, and a heck of a lot of progress – in the company of other entrepreneurs, founders, creators, and leaders who are ready to unplug and get $hit done. Come in with your key focus area; gain clarity and momentum through laser sessions with the group; have plenty of white space to put your head down and get to work.
